• Aside from the main Tropical House, a separate Beachfront Veranda is provided, complete with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and utensils, three (3) comfort rooms and outdoor shower. There are also two mountain bikes, a banca, and skimboard available for use without any extra charge..

• Located in the City of Mati, Kanakbai Tropical Home is located only 15 minutes away from the City. You travel in to Dahican Village, and along a picturesque coconut farm and cattle ranch which ends at the Pacific Ocean.

• This two bedroom tropical house is right in front of the Pacific Ocean, and surrounded with coconut trees, Barbados Almonds, Mahogany Trees and a tropical garden facing the vast and picturesque Pacific Ocean.

• For bathers, they can choose to swim among the fish in the reef or on white sand. And for those who would like to rinse, an open garden shower area provided.

• The Veranda and dining area is fully equipped with dining tables and sits up to twenty (20) guests. The Filipina cook who specializes in Filipino dishes will serve all guests needs.

• This haven is ideal for the relaxing tourist, newlyweds, lovers, friends, family reunions, weddings and all sorts of celebration inside a coconut plantation overlooking a white beach and the pacific ocean.
