·         Php3,000.00/night/2 persons with complimentary breakfast

Exclusive Packages (Exclusive Use of Whole Kanakbai)

1.        Couple (2 persons)

·         Php6,000/night,  Php 10,000.00 for two (2) days and Php15,000.00 for three (3) days 

·         Rates include  breakfast

2.       Group/Family  (Not Exceeding eight (8) persons)

·         Php10,000.00/night, Php18,000.00 for two (2) nights and Php25,000.00 for three (3) nights.

·         The Tropical Hut will comfortably accommodate eight (8) persons, that is, four (4) persons to a suite.  However, a total of twelve (12) persons may be allowed to occupy the Tropical Hut for an  additional charge of Php300.00 per pax.  Children below seven (7) years old are free. We also have a special rate for guests of the lessee.  500/night,800 for two (2) nights and 1000 for three (3) nights.  

·         Upon request, a caterer may be provided. However, a group/family may have the option of preparing and cooking their food at the Tropical Kanakbai’s fully equipped kitchen. A cook for hire may be provided if requested two (2) weeks in advance.

·         For groups exceeding twelve (12) persons but not exceeding twenty-five (25) pax, an additional charge of Php250.00 per head will be assessed.  They may use the Veranda and the open spaces where they may pitch their tents for sleeping overnight. For day guests of the lessee, guests will be charged for Php150.00 per pax.

·         In any case, the Exclusive Package will be limited to twenty-five (25) persons and will only pertain to accommodation services.  However, special arrangements and assessments may be made to birthday parties, wedding receptions, family reunions and other special events.
